Rajkot project water supply claims are mostly fake — fight me

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders promise 24/7 water, but Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein ground reality kya hai? Higher floors pe water pressure kaisa rehta hai? Tanker dependency toh nahi hai na? Also, lifts. Brochure mein high-speed lifts hain, par maintenance aur uptime ka kya scene hai? Do they get stuck often? I need real user feedback, not just marketing. Is the water quality okay?
