Rajkot projects: brochure vs. reality, I'm confused

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, aur honestly, construction quality dekh ke thoda off ho gaya. Everyone talks about the fancy amenities brochures mein, but no one points out the shoddy finishing. I saw seepage marks on walls already, yaar. Builder promises top-notch, but actual delivery is sub-par. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, but for what? Lagta hai bas OC mil jaaye, aur phir sab bhool jaate hain. Change my mind.
