Rajkot projects: Can't figure out builder discounts.

Since last month, I'm eyeing Rajkot properties. Ansal API aur Balaji Group mein spot discount kitna milta hai? Builder ki 'no-price-drop' policy kitni real hai? Buying for myself is tough.

Totally understand your pain! Rajkot mein builders ka discount scene bahut confusing hai. I'm looking near Kalawad Road aur wahan bhi Ansal API ka ek project dekha tha. Unhone toh seedha bol diya 'fixed price'. Matlab, itna bhi fixed hota hai kya?
