Rajkot projects' water supply claims are a joke, right?

Is it just me, or are Rajkot builders totally misleading us about water supply? I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, and the brochure made it sound like 24/7 municipal water and huge tank capacity. But honestly, I've heard so many stories about societies needing tankers almost daily after moving in. That's a huge red flag for me, especially for a first home. My parents keep telling me to really dig into water pressure and storage details, but how do you even verify that before buying...? What's the actual ground reality for water availability in newer projects? Is tanker dependency just a given now, or are some developers actually delivering on their promises?
