Rajkot property: Broker ki advice kitni reliable?
Visited a couple of projects near 150 Feet Ring Road last Saturday. Ek Ansal API ka project dekha Krishna Kunj mein, price quote sunke thoda shock laga. Builder directly bol raha no negotiation. But phir ek broker ne bola he can get a better deal, maybe some spot discount. I'm confused yaar, broker se lena sahi rahega ya direct builder se? Rajkot mein generally brokers ka kya scene hai? Do they actually have leverage for better prices, ya bas apni commission ke liye bolte hain? Also, any areas where prices are still reasonable, like a 'price correction zone'? I'm a first-time buyer, so honestly not sure how to navigate this.
