₹78 lakh for a 3BHK at Ansal API near Kalawad Road. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Total acquisition cost mein bahut hidden cheezein hoti hain. Builder quoted price alag, but stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC sab add karke kitna badh jaata hai? Secondary market mein Krishna Kunj area mein deals sahi mil rahe hain kya? Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya one-shot down payment for investor leverage? Kya lagta hai, where's the real value?

Totally agree with you! Builder quoted price is just the tip of the iceberg. Maine bhi ek property dekhi thi, 60 lakh bola, but jab final calculation kiya toh 70 cross kar gaya. Stamp duty, registration, legal fees
78 lakh for a 3BHK near Kalawad Road? Bhai, yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Rajkot mein bhi ab prices Delhi-Mumbai jaise ho gaye hain kya? Hidden costs toh alag hi tension hai.
