Honestly, finding a manageable 2BHK in Rajkot is tough. Kids have moved out, so we don't need our big house. Looking near Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road, perhaps a Balaji Group project. My budget's around ₹60-80L. I'm struggling with the *actual* all-in cost. Builders quote one price, but stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance deposits add up. Is there real room to negotiate the base price in Rajkot? Are builders like Ansal API firm? What hidden charges pop up at possession? No nasty surprises after selling our current property. Any advice?
