Rajkot property hunt: Where's the actual value?
₹78 lakh for a 3BHK near Kalawad Road feels a bit high right now. I work in real estate, but for personal use, every penny matters. Ansal API's Krishna Kunj mein current prices kya hain, especially for new launches? I'm looking for a good deal. Matlab, Rajkot mein koi real 'price correction' zones hain kya, like maybe around 150 Feet Ring Road ya Mota Mava? Ya sab builders prices hold kar rahe hain, just waiting? Also, secondary market mein negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai kya, compared to direct builder? Floor-rise aur PLC charges kitne justify karte hain? Not sure if these add actual value. Any insider tips on finding value?
