Rajkot property: Is the amenity premium worth it?
Builder promises for amenities are usually a joke, especially for power backup. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Rajkot and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Dekh raha hoon Ansal Aastha Mig Zone jaise projects, but not sure if the extra premium for promised amenities like full flat power backup is actually worth it. Matlab, kya real mein pura flat power backup milta hai ya bas common areas? Long-term tenant attraction aur resale value par kitna effect padta hai? Water supply ka kya haal hai? Kahin hamesha tanker pe depend toh nahi hona padega? Already have a home loan, so har extra rupee counts. Should I just focus on location and builder's construction quality, ya amenities ke liye jyada pay karna sahi hai? What's your experience, especially in Rajkot?
