Rajkot property: Kya builder ki quote final hoti hai?
Rajkot property — after finally moving into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, I realized something important. Builder jo price batata hai, that's just the tip of the iceberg. I mean, we calculated stamp duty and registration, of course. But the real shocker was the PLC charges for a good view and then the internal fit-outs. My 2BHK ka total cost, with all the interiors, actually jumped almost 15-20% from the initial quote. Maintenance advance, electricity connection charges, OC related fees... yeh sab nobody really tells you upfront. Builder ka sales team toh bas base price pe focus karta hai. So, my advice: always factor in at least 20% extra for these 'hidden' costs. Warna budget hil jaata hai. Did anyone else face this? Hope this helps someone planning to buy in Rajkot.
