Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road last Saturday. The project looks decent for a 2BHK, around ₹60L, but I'm an investor and legal clarity is my biggest concern. Matlab, builder-buyer agreement mein kya clauses dekhne chahiye jo sirf builder ko favor karte hain? Aur title verification kaise karte hain properly? I don't want any issues later.
