Rajkot property owners, facing similar quality issues?

2.5 years into my Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat on Kalawad Road, and honestly, the construction quality issues are driving me crazy. Socha tha AIIMS ke paas hai, location prime hai, but plaster cracks already dikh rahe hain, aur bathrooms mein seepage ka problem shuru ho gaya hai. Builder ko kitni baar phone kiya, Ansal API ka customer support toh bilkul non-existent hai. Finishing itni kharab hai yaar, small things like door frames, paint quality. For a ₹78 lakh 3BHK, this is just not acceptable. My previous property in Mota Mava didn't have these issues even after 5 years. Anyone else faced similar construction quality reality checks with Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? Ya I'm just unlucky?
