Rajkot property prices: Are they sustainable till 2026?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Rajkot mein property ka current price rise sustainable hai kya? Specially Kalawad Road aur 150 Feet Ring Road pe. Lagta hai correction aayega ya aur badhega 2026 tak?

Bhai, bilkul sahi kaha. Kalawad Road pe jo rates chal rahe hain, meri toh himmat nahi ho rahi dekhne ki. Lagta hai bubble hai, phatega toh sab phasenge.

Same feeling yaar. Ek plot dekha tha Krishna Kunj ke paas, 2 saal mein double ho gaya. Itna fast growth normal nahi lagta. Correction toh banta hai, warna hum jaise first-time buyers ka kya hoga?
