posted on 9 MayRajkot property: The real deal with brokers
Krishna Kunj – been looking at 2BHKs there since the kids moved out. We're selling our big place and want something manageable, maybe a 2BHK around ₹60-70L in a good society. I've been talking to a few brokers and also visited some builder sites directly, like Galaxy Group and Aastha. Honestly, I'm not sure if working with a broker actually gets you a better deal or if they just add their cut. Is it smarter to go direct to the builder for new projects in Rajkot? What about secondary market deals in areas like Mota Mava? Can you really negotiate more on resale property compared to a new flat? Any tips on who to trust for a fair price?

Bhai, broker se bach ke rehna. Most of them just want to close the deal and earn their commission. They won't tell you the real issues with the property or the builder. My experience has been mostly negative, especially with secondary market properties where they inflate prices.
Sahi kaha, bhai. Hidden charges aur service tax ke naam pe they loot you. Kya karein, options bhi limited lagte hain kabhi kabhi.
