Okay I'll be honest — I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK near University Road to a 3BHK or villa on Kalawad Road. Already have a home loan, so maximizing deal value is key. My budget is ₹80L-₹1.1Cr. Balaji Group ke projects dekh raha hoon. But yaar, hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Property price batate hain, but maintenance, PLC, OC, parking sab alag se lag jaata hai. ₹90L property pe kitna extra expect karoon? Negotiation kitna possible hai Rajkot mein? Log bolte hain hardly 2-3%, sahi hai kya?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Yeh hidden charges ka game toh sabse mushkil lagta hai. Main bhi Thane se shift hone ka soch raha hoon Rajkot, aur yahan bhi same issue hai. 90L ki property pe easily 10-12L extra lag jaate hain, jo budget pura bigaad dete hain. Balaji Group ke projects acche dikhte hain, but ismein bhi toh yeh sab hoga hi na? Already ek loan chal raha hai, toh aur extra burden lena mushkil hai.
