Rajkot property: where's the real value and future growth?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Yaar, I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ball game. Builders ka "starting from" price sunke toh lagta hai sab affordable hai, but jab total all-in price nikalta hai, with PLC, parking, amenity charges, OC, GST... it just shoots up so much! Matlab, what's the real price per sqft in areas like Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road? I was looking at a 3BHK near Krishna Kunj, they quoted ₹70L but after everything, it was closer to ₹85L. Is this the new normal? Are we really paying such high premiums for basic stuff? I know about super area vs carpet area games, but these hidden charges are next level. Koi batao Rajkot mein kahan actual value mil rahi hai? Aur next 2 years mein kaunse areas best appreciation denge?
