Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last week and honestly, it's making me rethink a few things. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. You see so many projects, know all the marketing tricks, but still, the reality can hit different. I'm wondering about the actual construction quality there after a year or two. Are people seeing cracks, seepage, or major fitting issues post-possession? Also, about the amenities they promise – I know how the game goes, but what actually got delivered versus what was on paper at Ansal Aastha? Was the gym or clubhouse fully functional, or were things quietly dropped by the builder? Any off-the-record opinions would be super helpful.
