Rajkot rent: The hidden broker fees

Rajkot mein rent ab next level ho gaya hai, seriously. I just got possession of my flat near Mota Mava, but my friends still renting are struggling. Kalawad Road pe 2BHK ka rent 15-20k tak pahunch gaya hai, jo do saal pehle 10-12k tha. Is this jump justified, ya sab inflate ho raha hai? Aur brokers ka commission, kitna legit hai? Direct owner se deal karna almost impossible lagta hai, right? Koi tips hain kya ispe?
