Rajkot rental yields: What's the real story?
Moved into my new 2BHK at Balaji Heights on Kalawad Road last month. Possession March mein mila. Builder ne toh bahut high rental yields promise kiye the, especially near University Road. Honestly not sure if that's realistic. Abhi tak toh koi khaas response nahi mil raha for renting out, even with good amenities. Is it just me or Rajkot mein rental yields ka scene itna strong nahi hai? Balaji Group ka project hai, construction quality toh theek hai but rental market ka thoda doubt ho raha hai. Kisi ne Ansal API ya Madhav Group ke projects mein invest kiya hai near 150 Feet Ring Road? What's your real experience with rental income? Kya advertised yields actually achievable hain? Aur agar long-term appreciation ke liye hold karna hai, toh kitne saal minimum rakhna chahiye for good returns? My budget was around ₹65L. Not sure if holding for 5 years is enough for a good ROI.
