Resale properties in Rajkot are rarely a better deal than new ones, change my mind. I've seen people glorify secondary market deals, especially around 150 Feet Ring Road or Mota Mava. But after factoring in old construction quality, repair costs, and often unclear titles, it never beats a new flat. Builders like Balaji Group or Madhav Group might have higher initial prices, but you get warranties, better amenities, and OC. Is the 'negotiation margin' in resale really enough to offset these hidden costs?
