Honestly, I'm feeling a bit lost with all the property info in Rajkot. We need a 3BHK on Kalawad Road or near 150 Feet Ring Road for the kids' school, budget 80L tak. Like, for a resale flat in Krishna Kunj, can you really knock off more money? Builder se direct deal mein to fix rate lagta hai.
