₹65 lakh for a 2BHK on University Road – is that a good deal in resale? Kids have moved out, so my big house on Kalawad Road feels too much now. I'm looking for a manageable 2BHK flat, maybe around Mota Mava or 150 Feet Ring Road, budget ₹60-70L. I'm checking resale options mainly, but Ansal API ya Balaji Group ke naye projects bhi dekh raha hoon. Secondary market mein kya negotiation scope hota hai Rajkot mein? Meri existing property bech ke funds aayenge, so I want to be smart. Builder se toh lagta hai they won't budge much. Also, yeh floor rise premium worth it hai kya? Higher floors ke liye kitna extra is fair? Koi experience share karega?
