My Rajkot investment strategy is shifting towards resale now. I've been eyeing some 3BHKs near 150 Feet Ring Road. From my experience, secondary market deals offer better negotiation scope than new projects. For a 3BHK around ₹90L, what's a realistic discount one can expect? Ansal API projects mein kaisa rehta hai? Do brokers help here?

Totally agree with you! Resale is the way to go. New projects toh sirf paper pe acche lagte hain. Negotiation scope milta hai resale mein for sure, especially for a 3BHK on 150 Feet Ring Road.
Haan bhai, but kitna discount expect karein? Maine bhi 150 Feet Ring Road pe dekha tha, 90L ka quote tha. Usme kitna kam ho sakta hai realistically? Koi idea?
