Rajkot resale market: What's the ground reality?

Is selling property in Rajkot right now actually easy? I'm looking at a 2BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road, maybe Balaji Group ka project. Parents bolte hain 5-7 saal hold karo for good appreciation. But market ka kya scene hai, resale value milti hai kya? Ya fir fas jaate hain?
