Honestly, buying for myself is tougher than I thought, even in real estate. I'm eyeing a 3BHK near Kalawad Road, maybe Krishna Kunj, budget around ₹1.1Cr. Comparing new projects, say from Ansal API, versus resale options. New builds have firm prices, plus those PLCs add up. Is the secondary market in Rajkot where real negotiation happens? Can you realistically get more than 5% off on a resale flat near 150 Feet Ring Road versus new? What do you think?
