Visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road. Fed up renting, want to buy. How's society maintenance after 2-3 years? Does Ansal API actually hand over RWA control there?

Hey everyone, first-time buyer here, feeling super overwhelmed! I visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road last weekend. The flats looked decent, and the location is good. But I'm fed up with renting and want to buy something reliable. My biggest worry is society maintenance after 2-3 years. Does Ansal API actually hand over RWA control properly there, or do they keep interfering? Any Rajkot residents with experience, please share!
