Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last week. My kids have moved out, so I'm looking for a compact, manageable flat in Rajkot, something with a good society and reliable elevator. I'm honestly not sure about the RWA quality there. Has anyone living there found their society management to be responsive? Also, how's the full power backup situation, especially for the lifts? And is there a good hospital really close by, say within 2km? Planning to sell my big house, so don't want any surprises with daily essentials.
