Possession was in March for my 3BHK near Kalawad Road. While searching, I seriously considered secondary market deals, especially in areas like Krishna Kunj. My agent said you can negotiate way more on resale than new. Builders like Balaji Group ya Ansal API pe spot discount milta hai but it's limited. Resale mein ₹5-10 lakh tak ka margin possible hai, depending on urgency. What's your experience? Is it true for Rajkot?
