Krishna Kunj — Smart City kaafi hype hai, but honestly, real picture kya hai? Everyone glorifies AIIMS, airport, 150 Feet Ring Road expansion, but nobody talks about basic infra like water supply, sewage, aur roads ki quality. I'm currently in a 2BHK near University Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, maybe in Mota Mava. My budget is around ₹1Cr, already have a home loan, so I'm particular. Builders like Balaji Group promise a lot, but are the 'smart city' amenities actually delivering? Matlab, kya Rajkot mein quality basic infra improve ho rahi hai, ya just marketing hai? Should I expect project delays on these 'smart' promises too? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Totally agree with your point about basic infra. I'm also looking in Mota Mava, and the internal roads in some new societies are already breaking up. Builders just focus on the main road-facing projects. Water supply is a genuine concern, especially in newly developed areas. Is anyone actually seeing consistent water pressure in these 'smart' areas?
U1, consistent water pressure toh bhool jao. I live near Kalawad Road, supposed to be a good area. Subah shaam aata hai paani, woh bhi
