Visited Ansal API's new project on 150 Feet Ring Road. Quoted ₹85L for a 3BHK. But the stamp duty and registration are adding another 7-8% on top! Itna high hota hai kya Rajkot mein? Can we even negotiate these 'fixed' charges?
