Honestly, pata nahi stamp duty aur registration ka final kharcha kitna aata hai Rajkot mein. Builder quote mein toh bas basic price bataate hain. Is it like 5-7% of agreement value? Aur kya ismein bhi kuch negotiation ho sakti hai? Ya ye fixed hota hai? Koi bata sakta hai ki total kitna add karna padega on top of the property price? Don't want any last-minute surprises.

Oh god, don't even get me started on hidden costs. I almost bought a flat near Morbi Road last year, not Krishna Kunj though. Builder ne last minute pe maintenance, club house, parking, electricity connection charges sab add kar diye. Stamp
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Exactly mera bhi yahi concern hai. Builders bas carpet area aur basic price pe focus karte hain. Rajkot mein toh aur bhi darr lagta hai, pata nahi kya kya hidden charges hote hain.
