Rajkot stamp duty: The true cost builders gloss over

Visited some 3BHKs near 150 Feet Ring Road. Builders quote ₹70L but stamp duty and registration on top feel like a major hit. Everyone talks about the unit price, but who's actually factoring in the 6% stamp duty in Rajkot? It's a huge chunk. Is there any way to soften this blow, or is it just something we all swallow? Change my mind.
