**Social infrastructure around projects is often ignored, but it's super important for families.** I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot for my growing family. It's affordable, around ₹30L, and ready to move. But I'm worried about kids' schooling and medical facilities nearby. Kitne acche schools ya hospitals hain 2km radius mein? Also, security ka kya scene hai? Gated community hai ya just basic guards? For kids' safety, this is non-negotiable. Any actual resident experience with these things?

Security is my biggest concern too! Gated community mein bhi kya sirf entry pe guard hota hai ya proper patrolling hoti hai andar? Aur visitor management system kitna strict hai? Kids ke liye playground safe hona chahiye, strangers enter na kar payein.
U10, main khud ek gated community mein rehta hoon aur security ek façade ho sakti hai. Hamaare yahan bhi guards hain but cameras ki coverage poor hai aur visitor entry register mein sirf naam likhte hain, ID verify nahi karte. Ansal Aastha mein jao toh CCTV coverage, perimeter wall height, aur visitor entry process ko personally check karna. Ye sirf basic guards wali baat nahi hai, technology bhi matter karti hai.
U9, Krishna Kunj ke paas wala Sterling Hospital aur ek chhota clinic hai 1.5km ke andar. Schools mein toh St. Mary's High School aur Spring Dale School thode paas hain, around 2-3km. But traffic ho jata hai morning mein.
Market conditions Rajkot mein abhi thode uncertain hain, especially with new projects coming up. ₹30L for a flat in Ansal Aastha seems okay, but resale value ka bhi sochna padega. Is area mein appreciation potential kitna hai? Koi idea?
Koi actual school ya hospital ka naam batao jo ekdum paas ho. Google Maps pe sab dur lagte hain.
U7, bilkul sahi kaha. Mere ek cousin ne Ansal ke hi ek project mein invest kiya tha 5 saal pehle, aur usko abhi tak buyer nahi mil raha resale ke liye. Location theek hai, but connectivity aur public transport options utne strong nahi hain. Kids ke liye toh car pe hi depend karna padega har cheez ke liye. Security guards toh hain, but unki quality aur patrolling frequency check karna important hai.
I actually visited Ansal Aastha last month. It's completed as per RERA (UPRERAPRJ5670, possession date 2022-06-01), but the vibe around it is still developing. Schools like Delhi Public School (DPS) and Bright School are within 3-4 km, but not exactly 2km. For hospitals, there's a multi-speciality hospital about 2.5km away. Security wise, it's a gated society with guards, but I felt the internal amenities like kids' play area could be better. My friend lives in Krishna Kunj nearby and he says their society has much better green spaces.
U5, possession date toh 2022-06-01 hai as per RERA. Mostly mil gaya hoga. But sometimes builder finishings mein compromise karte hain for ready-to-move projects. Check all fittings and fixtures carefully.

Koi batao na, kids ke liye play areas aur park wagera kaise hain wahan? Gated community hai toh security ka tension kam hota hai.
Haan yaar, schools aur hospitals ka toh main concern hai. Sirf walls nahi, future bhi dekhna hai.
Bhai, Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein mixed hai. Maine suna hai kuch projects mein quality issues aaye the. Is price point pe thoda doubt hota hai ki sab facilities properly maintain hongi ya nahi. Thoda research aur kar lo, especially on builder reputation.
