Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how crucial water supply is. Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, and the water pressure is often low, sometimes even tanker dependent. Builders promised 24/7 supply, but it's not quite that. Is this normal for Rajkot projects? How did you check this before buying?

Oh no, this is scary! I was actually considering Ansal Aastha Mig Zone because the price range (₹29 L – ₹30 L) seemed decent for a completed project. But water issues are a deal-breaker. How did you even find out about this, U1? Is there any official complaint channel for such issues?

Totally agree with U1! Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka toh yahi haal hai. Builder promises are just marketing gimmicks these days. It's not normal, but unfortunately, it's becoming common in new projects in Rajkot.
