Since last Diwali, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa. Rajkot mein, 150 Feet Ring Road areas ka current premium, new airport aur AIIMS ke impact se kitna justified hai? Long-term appreciation milega kya?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Yeh 150 Feet Ring Road ka craze kuch zyada hi ho gaya hai. Airport aur AIIMS toh theek hai, but prices jo inflate hue hain, lagta nahi long-term sustainable hai. Developer toh bas hype create kar rahe hain.

Sahi kaha yaar, mereko bhi same doubt hai. Investment ke liye risky lag raha hai.
