₹29.5 lakh for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone – is this price point still viable for an investor? I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hai. Looking at this completed project, Ansal Aastha, for long-term investment. My main concern is its resale potential. Since it's an older project (2011 completion), capital appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain? What's the secondary market like? Kya buyers easily milte hain 5-7 saal baad? Rental yield bhi kitna realistically aa sakta hai Rajkot mein? Need to factor in property management cost. Any current owners ya local agents bata sakte hain, iski liquidity kaisi hai? Should I consider this for wealth creation, ya Rajkot mein aur better options hain for good exit strategy?
