Okay I'll be honest — I think current Rajkot infra hype is leading to overvaluation. Yes, AIIMS and the Airport are here, but are Mota Mava or 150 Feet Ring Road prices genuinely justified for 2026-27 appreciation? My analysis suggests current valuations already discount future growth quite a bit. Change my mind.
