Not proud of this, but I'm seeing a pattern in Rajkot projects. Everyone glorifies amenities, but nobody talks about construction quality affecting long-term ROI. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for a 3BHK or villa. Yaar, site visits pe dikhne wali finishing aur 2 saal baad ki reality kitni different hoti hai? Cracks, seepage, cheap fittings... yeh sab tenant attraction aur resale pe kitna impact karta hai? Maintenance cost bhi badha deta hai. Is paying a premium for amenities worth the future headache? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Yehi fear mujhe bhi hai. Rajkot mein har jagah marketing sirf swimming pool aur club house ki hoti hai. But andar se kya hai, koi nahi batata. I'm also looking at 2BHK to 3BHK upgrade, aur quality ka thought hi dimaag kharab kar deta hai. Kaise pata chale ki builder genuinely achha kaam kar raha hai?
