Floor-rise premium is often just a builder's way to inflate prices, not add value. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Mota Mava, around ₹90L. Builder's asking for a huge PLC for higher floors. Is it really worth it for an investor, or should I hunt for secondary market deals? Ansal API's Krishna Kunj also has these premiums. Should I focus more on bank-funded projects for better payment terms?
