Rajkot's hidden cost: Parking & PLC impact on ROI?

Visited a few projects on Kalawad Road last weekend, including Ansal API's Krishna Kunj. Builders are quoting high PLC and parking charges. As an investor, I'm thinking, is this floor rise or preferred location charges ka extra cost worth it for long-term ROI? Kya ye Rajkot market mein justify hota hai?

Bhai, totally agree! Kalawad Road pe prices toh آسمان chhoo rahi hain. PLC aur parking ka extra charge toh kamaal hai. Lagta hai first-time buyer ko hi target kar rahe hain, investment ka toh sochna bhi mushkil hai.
