Is anyone else noticing the actual state of roads near Krishna Kunj after the monsoon? Just moved in last month, and Rajkot's Smart City claims for water and sewage feel a bit... off. Also, do local school clusters truly bump up property values by 10-15% here? Kya lagta hai?

Totally feel you, OP! I was so excited about Rajkot's growth story, but after visiting a few sites near Krishna Kunj last month, the roads were a nightmare post-monsoon. Aur Smart City ka toh pata nahi, pani ki supply bhi erratic suni hai. School clusters ka hype toh builders ne banaya hai, sach mein itna value add hota hai kya?
Sahi kaha bhai, Krishna Kunj ki roads toh poori kharab hain. Baarish mein swimming pool ban jaati hain.
