Is the real impact of Rajkot's infra projects actually delayed for recent buyers? Just moved into my 3BHK near Mota Mava, off 150 Feet Ring Road, three months back. Galaxy Group ka project tha. Bought it for ₹95L, expecting AIIMS and Ring Road expansion to boost value fast. Honestly, traffic still bad, not seeing the appreciation I hoped. My friend near Kalawad Road feels similar. Did I time my purchase wrong, ya abhi wait karein? What's the ground reality on these projects' current effect on property values?
