Did a site visit to a few projects in Krishna Kunj last Saturday, and honestly, I'm a bit conflicted. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different. Builders always have their sales pitch ready, right? I'm looking at a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹90L. What's the real talk on builders in Krishna Kunj? Like, Balaji Group or Madhav Group, are they good for construction quality or do they cut corners? Also, what about maintenance charges and RWA effectiveness there? Are they actually doing anything or just collecting money? And any upcoming developments locals know about that could impact things? Not sure if AIIMS or the 150 Feet Ring Road expansion really affect this specific pocket much.
