I'm looking at a 2BHK, maybe around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road, budget ₹50-60L. Builders like Ansal API ya Galaxy Group ka new project dekh raha hoon, but secondary market mein bhi options hain. Mera doubt hai ki resale mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai kya? Like for a 2BHK in Krishna Kunj, Ansal API ka. Naye projects mein toh usually builder bolta hai 'no price drop'. But resale mein real value mil sakti hai, right? Especially if someone's selling urgently. What's your experience? Are there any areas in Rajkot jahan abhi bhi under-valued properties mil sakti hain for an end-user?

Bhai, totally feel you! I'm also a first-time buyer and this market is crazy. Resale mein negotiation ka scope pakka milta hai, especially agar seller ko urgent fund chahiye. Naye projects mein toh builders ka attitude alag hota hai, "rate fixed hai, lena hai toh lo". I've seen some good deals near Kalawad Road in older societies, but you need to scout properly.
