Been doing property walkthroughs in Rajkot for a couple of months now, honestly it's an eye-opener. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? Looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, they promise full power backup. But is it just for common areas or actual full flat backup? And water supply, are we talking tanker dependency after a year or proper municipal connection? These things affect tenant retention and maintenance costs big time. What's the real ground reality there for investors?
