Rajkot's 'premium' amenities are just marketing fluff.

My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. Everyone glorifies Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's amenities online, but honestly, I think builder brochures are just fantasy. They show these amazing clubhouses and green areas, but jab possession milti hai, sab ghost facilities nikalti hain. Maine suna hai construction quality bhi koi khaas nahi hoti, cracks aur seepage common hai after a year. What's the point of paying so much for a 'premium' project agar amenities use hi nahi kar sakte ya ghar tootne lage? Power backup bhi sirf common areas ka dete hain. It's like they just tick boxes. I'm not sure if it's worth it for a first-time buyer. Change my mind.
