Loan pre-approved, ab Rajkot mein 3BHK ya villa dekh raha hu. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, but not sure if the price jump is justified for all the 'premium' amenities. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone jaise projects mein bade green areas aur clubhouses dikhate hain. But real mein kitna use hota hai? Yaar, investors ke liye, kya ye facilities actually resale value boost karti hain ya sirf extra maintenance ka bill? I'm worried about the actual open space vs just cramped towers. Aur clubhouse facilities, daily use hoti hain ya ghost facilities ban jaati hain? Should I focus more on location than these add-ons?
