Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month and the water situation is already a nightmare. They promised 24/7 supply, but we're constantly relying on tankers. The pressure is terrible on the 4th floor. Is this normal for Rajkot? Maintenance charges are high but for what? Honestly not sure what to do.

So frustrating to hear this. Toh ab kya karne ka plan hai? Any legal action or society level discussion?
I almost bought in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone myself last year, but then I heard some whispers about water issues and general builder negligence. Rajkot market mein kaafi projects hain, but quality control seems to be an issue for many. Ended up looking near Krishna Kunj instead, but even there, you have to be super careful. Builder reputation matters more than anything these days.
This is a serious concern. Did you check your builder-buyer agreement for clauses about water supply? Sometimes there are specific mentions about source and continuity. You should also check the RERA project details (UPRERAPRJ5670) online for any discrepancies. If it explicitly promised 24/7 water, you might have grounds to complain to RERA. Collect all your maintenance receipts and proof of tanker reliance.
OMG, this is shocking! I was actually looking at properties in that area. ₹29-30 Lakhs is a huge investment for us first-time buyers. Possession date kya thi? Kya yeh problem abhi shuru hui hai ya pehle se thi?
Exactly! 30L mein bhi agar water supply ke liye tanker pe depend karna pade toh kya faayda? Is price range mein aur koi better option nahi mila kya? I'm so confused about where to buy now.
U4, the possession date for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone was 2022-06-01. Toh abhi toh almost do saal ho gaye hain. Builders ki toh aadat ho gayi hai, initially sab achha dikhate hain, fir baad mein asliyat saamne aati hai. Looks like the issues are popping up now.
Oh man, this is exactly what I'm scared of! Builders promise the moon and deliver dust. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone sounds like a nightmare. Is this common for Ansal projects in Rajkot? Bhai, ye Ansal ka track record kaisa hai Rajkot mein?
Totally agree! High maintenance charges for what? This is just daylight robbery. Same issue everywhere.
Yaar, Rajkot mein water issue is not *entirely* normal for new societies, but it's not unheard of either. Especially if the society is on the outskirts or if the municipal supply isn't fully established. My cousin lives in Krishna Kunj, and they struggled with water pressure for almost a year after moving in. Tankers became a daily sight for them too. It's frustrating when you pay so much and still face basic utility problems.
Sahi keh rahe ho U1. Ansal ka track record toh mixed hi hai, especially for older projects. Maine bhi suna hai Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ke baare mein. Unka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai, but RERA registration doesn't guarantee everything, sadly.
