Honestly, I'm fed up with renting in Rajkot, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Ab bas, equity banani hai. I'm eyeing a 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road, budget around ₹90L. Projects by Balaji Group ya Galaxy Group dekh raha hoon. Everyone talks about property price negotiation, but nobody mentions the elephant in the room: stamp duty and registration charges! Iska kya karein? Roughly 7-8% on top of the property value, that's almost ₹7L-₹8L extra. This directly eats into any potential ROI, yaar. Builders bolte hain discount hai, but then the government takes a huge cut. It feels like a hidden tax on investment. This needs to change. Change my mind.

Yaar, totally relate! Main bhi Rajkot mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon aur ye stamp duty ka kharcha dekh ke hi darr lagta hai. ₹90L ke budget mein ₹7-8L extra, itna toh humari poori savings ka ek bada chunk hota hai. Lagta hai government hamari investment ko subsidy dene ki jagah ulta tax laga rahi hai.
Sahi kaha bhai, U1. Aur 150 Feet Ring Road pe toh prices already high hain.
