Spent Sunday checking options near 150 Feet Ring Road. Rajkot mein abhi bhi value zones kahan hain for 2BHKs? I'm in Dubai. Remote buying mein pricing transparency bahut important hai. Underpriced areas ke tips chahiye.

Thanks everyone for the insights! Bahut useful information mili hai. I'll definitely check out Krishna Kunj and be extra careful about builder reputations. Will update if I find anything promising!
Underpriced pocket? Bhai, Rajkot mein ab sab pocket mein hole ho gaya hai! Builders ne sab prices inflated kar diye hain. LOL.
Overall, I think remote buying in Rajkot for 'underpriced' properties is tricky. The best deals often require on-ground presence and quick decision-making. For someone in Dubai, focusing on reputed builders, even if slightly pricier, might offer more peace of mind. Look for projects with clear RERA status and good construction updates. Krishna Kunj is a good suggestion if you can verify the builder properly, but don't expect 'steals' anymore.
Maine do saal pehle Krishna Kunj area mein ek 2BHK dekha tha. Thoda andar hai 150 Feet Ring Road se, but tab rate kaafi reasonable tha, around 35-40L for a decent 900 sqft carpet area. Abhi shayad badh gaya hoga but connectivity achhi hai aur facilities bhi theek hain. Builder ka naam *Sai Developers* tha, unka track record thik-thak suna tha. Maybe you can check that pocket, but verify everything remotely, it's crucial.
U5, Sai Developers ka project jo Krishna Kunj mein tha, uska possession late hua but mil gaya tha last year. RERA number toh website pe tha, but delays toh common hain Rajkot mein. Current market mein, even in Krishna Kunj, prices have jumped almost 15-20% in the last year itself. So, that 35-40L estimate might be closer to 45-50L now for a similar unit.
Krishna Kunj is decent, but also check out areas slightly off the main road towards Kalawad Road. Sometimes you find individual plots with smaller apartment buildings that are more budget-friendly than big projects. Just be extra careful with legal documents and approvals.
Krishna Kunj? Haan, suna hai thoda. But *Sai Developers* ka possession status kya hai abhi? Mere ek friend ne unke project mein invest kiya tha, aur kaafi delays hue the. RERA number check kiya tha kya?
Bhai, you're not alone! Main bhi Rajkot mein first-time buyer hoon aur same dilemma hai. 150 Feet Ring Road ke paas toh prices sky-high ho gaye hain. Really hoping someone has some solid tips for value-for-money 2BHKs. Remote buying mein trust factor bahut important hai, especially with these builders.
Exactly, trust is key! Builders bohot promises karte hain but delivery mein sab fail. Dubai se dekhna aur bhi tough hoga.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Value for money ab Rajkot mein milna mushkil hai, especially near the Ring Road. Most 'underpriced' spots usually have some catch – maybe connectivity issue ya builder ka reputation theek nahi. Transparency toh naam ki bhi nahi hai yahan.
